Meet Dr. Howard
Dr. Howard graduated with highest honors from Brigham Young University and received his M.D. at the University of Utah.
After completing an internship in internal medicine and ophthalmology at the University of Utah, he went on to complete an ophthalmology residency and vitreoretinal fellowship at the University of Iowa, where he was recognized with awards for outstanding patient care.
While serving as a vitreoretinal fellow, he taught medical students and residents, and lectured extensively about vitreoretinal disease.
He has authored several articles on a variety of eye diseases.
He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retinal Specialists, and the Utah Ophthalmology Society.
